I'm the sole developer behind TrailLog, so if something's not working right or you've got a question, email me directly and I'll get back to you.
This feature uses your HamQTH account, so it needs your own HamQTH username and password entered under Preferences. If you've entered them and it's still not working, double check the password hasn't expired on HamQTH's end. TrailLog just passes your credentials through.
The Bureau of Meteorology space weather figures need a free API key from BoM, entered in Preferences. Without a key, that section won't populate. NOAA and Kp index data don't need a key and should load regardless.
Check that backups are switched on in Preferences first. Backups are saved to your own iCloud Drive, under Files → TrailLog → Backups, not somewhere inside the app itself, so look there rather than in TrailLog.
This goes through SOTA.org.uk's own login page, so if it's rejecting your credentials, try signing in on their website directly first to rule out an account issue on their end. If that works fine but TrailLog still won't authenticate, email me.
Nothing gets sent automatically. If you want to help me fix it, open TrailLog again, find the crash report (Preferences → Diagnostics), and email it to me. Or just describe what you were doing when it happened.
